Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 heaping tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salad:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, broken into bit sized pieces
  • 16 oz Rotini pasta, cooked according to directions, cooled under cold water
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing ingredients and let sit overnight or at least 4 hours. When ready to serve pour the dressing over pasta, and lettuce. Mix thoroughly and add cheese and croutons.
