Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 heaping tsp anchovy paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salad:
- 1 head romaine lettuce, broken into bit sized pieces
- 16 oz Rotini pasta, cooked according to directions, cooled under cold water
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing ingredients and let sit overnight or at least 4 hours. When ready to serve pour the dressing over pasta, and lettuce. Mix thoroughly and add cheese and croutons.
