Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broiler, with rack 4 inches from heat.
In a small bowl, stir together jam, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
Place chicken on lined baking sheet; season with salt & pepper.Broil til chicken is opaque (about 5 to 6 minutes). Brush glaze on chicken. Broil til glaze is browned and chicken is done (about 4 to 5 minutes more).
