Ingredients
- 8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped radishes
- 2 Tbs. chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. reduced fat mayo
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbs. prepared mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 6 ingredients.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add mayo, relish and mustard.
Fold into macaroni mixture.
