Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 or more red onion, chopped
- 3 small packs of raisins OR 4 oz.
- 1 cup salted cashew nuts
- Broccoli Florettes (1 or 2 bunches)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, red onion, and raisins to make dressing. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Toss broccoli and cashews and add dressing.
NOTES -
I usually make the dressing the day before, refrigerate and mix the dressing in with the broccoli early the next day.
Put in a plastic container with a lid, and keep turning it upside down so that it mixes real good!
