Pork Chops & Scalloped Potatoes

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • Oil
  • Worchester Sauce
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 2 T Butter
  • 2 T Flour
  • 1 1/4 C Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Merinate pork chops in worchester sauce, pepper, and garlic salt. Brown pork chops; set aside. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Sautee onion in butter; till tender. Stir in flour, pepper and milk. Cook until bubbly; stirring often. Layer potatoes, sauce, and then pork chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
