Ingredients
- 1/2 small head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cups broccoli cut into florets
- 1 bundle asparagus spears just the tips
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Steam brocoli and cauliflower until tender (about ten minutes).
In a small saucepan, mix the lemon juice, oil and garlic and cook over low heat for two of three minutes.
Put the vegetables in a serving dish. Pour lemon sauce over the vegetables. Garnish with parsley.
