Ingredients
- 7 c. Cucumbers
- 1 t. Salt
- 2 c. White sugar
- 1 c. Diced onion (I used white)
- 1 c. Diced bell pepper ( I used yellow)
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 t. Celery seed
- 1 T. Pickling spice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cucumbers and salt and let sit for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients, mix, cover (I put in canning jars), and refrigerate.
