    c. Cucumbers

  • 1

    t. Salt

  • 2

    c. White sugar

  • 1

    c. Diced onion (I used white)

  • 1

    c. Diced bell pepper ( I used yellow)

  • 1

    c. Cider vinegar

  • 1

    t. Celery seed

  • 1

    T. Pickling spice

Directions

Mix cucumbers and salt and let sit for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients, mix, cover (I put in canning jars), and refrigerate.
