Ingredients
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 lb small oyster mushrooms, stems trimmed
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Saute the mushrooms with 1/2 tsp salt until golden, about 8 minutes. Add the vinegar and saute until evaporated, about 1 minute. Season with salt and transfer to a plate to cool.
