  • 5 C WATER
  • 2 C CHICKEN BROTH
  • 2 C CHOPPED CELERY
  • 2 C CHOPPED ONION
  • 5 C DICED POTAOTES OR 1 LARGE PACKAGE HASH BROWNS
  • 1 POUND VELVETTA CHEESE
  • 2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP (CREAM OF MUSHROOM)

Preparation

Step 1

BRING 1ST FOUR INGREDIENTS TO BOIL. BOIL 20 MINUTES.ADD POTATOES, BOIL 20 MORE MINUTES.STIR IN CHEESE AND SOUP. COOK UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND SOUP IS HOT.
