Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- dash white pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp minced pimiento
- 1 cup cooked lobster, shrimp, crab or scallops
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in 1 tbsp oil for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in flour; cook 3-4 minutes.
Add milk stirring quickly to thicken.
Stir in mustard and pepper.
Remove to blender and puree until smooth.
In a clean skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil.
Add mushrooms and saute 3-4 minutes.
Stir in pimiento and lobster.
Pour onion mixture over lobster and cook 1 minute.
