Ingredients
- 1 pork steak, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 onions
- soy sauce
- 1 stalk celery, large slices cut at angle
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 large can bean spouts
- cornstarch to thicken
Preparation
Step 1
Fry steak and onion until brown
Add water to 2 inches in pan. Add soy sauce and celery. Simmer about an hour.
Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
Thicken slightly with cornstarch mixed into cold ater
Serve over rice
