Asian Pork and Noodle Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 5-6 green onions
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • 2 T. sesame oil
  • 2 T. Asian Seasoning
  • 4 Packages oriental-flavor ramen noodles
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 4 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

cut carrots into julienne strips. Cut bell pepper lenghtwise into 1/4 inch strips. Slice green onions, set aside tops for garnish.
Slice pork into very thin strips.
Combine pork, sesame oil, seasoning, and two of the ramen seasoning packets; mix well.
Add vegetable oil to skillet, heat until shimmering. Cook pork until browned (3-5 minutes), remove from pan.
Add carrots and bell pepper to skillet. Cook until tender crisp. Add water and remaining ramen seasoning packets, stirring to thoroughly mix seasoning.
Add ramen noodles, cook until softened (3-4 minutes)
Add pork, break apart noodles, remove from heat.
Garnish with green onion tops.
