Ingredients

  • 3 cups (8 oz) uncooked pasta
  • 1.5 cups zucchini, chunked
  • 1.25 cups bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup drained quartered artichoke hearts
  • .5 cup mozzarella cubes
  • .5 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • .25 cup low fat Italian dressing
  • .25 sliced ripe olives

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain.
2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl & toss.
