Ingredients
- 1 lb. Asparagus, tough ends trimmed & discarded
- 8 oz. Prosciutto, very thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. Philadelphia Cooking Creme (Italian Cheese & Herbs)*
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- You may substitute 1/4 C. Philadelphia Cream Cheese mixed with 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise & 2 Tbsp. Water with your favorite chopped fresh herbs in place of the cooking creme.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Wrap 2 asparagus spears with a slice of prosciutto. Place spears on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on the tips & ends of the asparagus (avoiding the prosciutto). Roast for 8-10 min, till the asparagus is cooked through & the prosciutto becomes crispy. In a sm. bowl, whisk together the cooking creme with the water. Microwave on med. setting for 45 sec. Plate the asparagus & drizzle the creme overtop; serve immediately.
