Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup apricot jam
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in oats and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Pat 2/3 of mixture in pan. Spread with jam. Cover with rest of crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cut in squares.
