- 1 C APPLE JUICE ( 6)
- 1 STICKS CINNAMON, BROKEN
- 2/3 PLUS 1/6 C SUGAR (5)
- 2/3 C WATER (4)
- 1/2 C CORN SYRUP (3)
- 1/6 OF 1/4 C LEMON JUICE (1/4)
- ORIGINAL RECIPE WAS TO CAN AND PROCESS JAM. TO MAKE SINGLE SERVING USE 1/6 OF AMOUNT IN ().
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE APPLE JUICE AND CINNAMON STICKS IN SAUCEPAN. SIMMER 5 MINUTES, SET ASIDE. COMBINE SUGAR AND WATER IN ANOTHER SAUCEPAN. BOIL TO 230*. ADD APPLE JUICE, CINNAMON STICKS AND CORN SYRUP TO SUGAR SYRUP.BOIL 5 MINUTES. REMOVE CINNAMON STICKS. STIR IN LEMON JUICE.
