Ingredients
- 4 Quarts of Popped Corn
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 C Real Maple Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for five minutes. Remove from heat then add baking soda. Continue stirring briskly.
Spray large metal bowl with pam before adding popped corn. Pour carmel mixture over popped corn, then mix to coat popped corn, preferably with large spoon. Bake in 200 degrees for 35 minutes, mixing every 12 minutes.
