Ingredients
- 2 Medium Cucumbers
- 1 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Cored,Seeded,Sliced
- 2/3 C Distilled White Vinegar
- 6 Pkgs Sucralose
- Dash Ground Red Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cucumbers into thin slices; transfer to large bowl. Add onions and bell peppers; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sweetener, and ground red pepper; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; let cool. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Serve with a slotted spoon.
