Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/8 teas pepper
- Butter
- 1 c water
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- 2 small lemons
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with this. Reserve any flour leftover for gravy. In a skillet heat 3T butter. Fry chicken until it is browned. Remove from pan. Reduce heat to low and in drippings stir in remaining flour, water, boullion, and half of a lemon. Stir to loosen brown bits. Return chicken to skillet. Top chicken with thinly sliced lemons. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
