Skillet Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pond sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 can chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 1/3 cups minute rice
  • 2 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cut steak into thin strips. Coat with flour and salt. Brown quickly in oil in large skillet. Add soup, Worcester sauce and sour cream. Mix well. Make a place in the center of the skillet to put the rice. Put rice in the center and pour beef broth over it. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes
