Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 potatoes (about 2-1/2 pounds), with skin on
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
Preparation
Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine paprika, chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Seal bag and shake to mix.

Cut each potato in half then each half into 4 flat wedges.
Add peanut oil and potatoes to seasoning in bag then close tightly and shake to coat well.

Spread potatoes in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and serve immediately.
