Ellorys Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz pkg poundcake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbs butter melted
  • 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 8 oz pkg cr cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 14 oz can of pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 tsp pie spice and mix until crumbly.
Press onto the bottom of 15 X 10 jelly roll pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in milk, 2 egg, pumpkin, 2 tsp pie spice and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 30-35 min or until knife comes out clean. Cool, chill, cut into bars. Store in fridge.
