Pumpkin Dessert

Very fast "put together" - bake time is longer

Ingredients

• Crust
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 butter or margarine
• Filling
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup pumpkin
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• Topping
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Crust-
Mix all ingredients with mixer, then press into 9x13 and bake 15 minutes.

Filling-
Mix and pour into crust and bake 20 minutes. Mix topping and spread over top of filling and bake additional 30 minutes or until done.
