Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp B powder
- 1/2 tsp B soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cups sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Oven a 325 in a bread pan linned with paper.
Sift together the flour, B powder, B soda, salt in a bowl.Cream butter using a mixer. Gradually add sugar. scraping the bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Next add the vanilla and blend.
Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl and mash. Measure out 1 cup and add to sour cream.
Using a wood spoon, blend a Third of dry ingredients n the butter sugar mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order. Stiring well after each addition. Half the banana mixtue. half the remaining dry ingredients and the rest of the banana mixture. Add any add-ins.
Bake about 75 minutes.
Put on rack to cool.
