Baked Fish Fillets Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (1 to 2 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • dash of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place filets in greased shallow baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spread over the filets. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. This dish has a mile subtle flavor. If your need some zip, add a dish of tabasco.
