Ingredients
- Roast beef
- Carrots
- Onions
- Celery
- Mushrooms
- Potatoes
- Salt & pepper
- A1 sauce
- Worchestire Sauce
- Beef Gravy
Preparation
Step 1
Put roast beef in pan
Season with salt and pepper
Pour A1 sauce on top, worchestire sauce, and onions
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
Boil carrots, celery, and potatoes
After 1 hour, slice roast beef and put in baking pan with carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms and gravy
Bake for an additional 1 hour uncovered
