Ingredients
- 48 Littleneck clams
- 3 diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1 bunch basil leaves chopped
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, heat olive oil over med heat.Add Garlic and saute until soft. Add tomatoes, wine and red pepper.Increase heat to high and cook covered for 10 min. Add clams, cover pot and steam until clams open.Searve with pasta and bread.
