Ingredients
- 2 Wild Ducks
- Salt & pepper
- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 stalks celery, sliced large
- Bacon
- 1 cup hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper cavity of breast; stuff with apple, onion and celery. Wrap with bacon and place in heavy Dutch oven. Add hot water, cover with tight fitting lid and bake at 350 for at least 2-1/2 hrs or until fork tender. Baste frequently.
