Ingredients
- 1 duck
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
- 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
- Seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place duck on large piece of heavy-duty alum. foil. Combine sherry, soup mix and mushroom soup; pour over duck; sprinkle with seasoning salt. Close foil, making a tent 2 inches above breast. Place in baking pan, preferably on a rack. Do not cover. Bake at 350 for about 2 hrs. Don't open foil during baking time. The stock makes great gravy.
