Ingredients
- 6 large chicken sausage, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. pine nuts
- 1/2 c. Basil Pesto
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 T. basil, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Plump raisins in white wine over medium heat until soft
Toast pine nuts in dry skillet over medium heat, set aside.
Cook pasta to al dente
Saute sliced sausages
Add sausage, raisins, pine nuts and pesto to cooked noodles.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and basil
