Con Queso

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. velveeta
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • Small can diced chiles
  • jalapenos to taste
  • 1 small onion
  • 14 oz. can diced tomatoes (w/ juice)
  • little butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter.
Dice up cheese and melt in pan.
Add tomatoes and jalapenos.
