Ingredients
- 4 LB GROUND TURKEY
- 2 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 1/3 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 4 TSP GARLIC (MINCED)
- 2 TSP SALT (OPTIONAL)
- 2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 2 LB BACON
- 2 TOMATOES
- 1 HEAD OF LETTUCE
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE TURKEY, CHEDDAR CHEESE, PARMESAN CHEESE, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER. MIX THORUGHLY. MAKE INTO 4 OZ PATTY.
GRILL TURKEY BURGERS AND PAN FRY BACON.
