Pico De Gallo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 serrano or jalepeno chiles, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for an hour to overnight in fridge. The longer the better.
