Pecan Parmesan Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Pecan halves, toasted and chopped
  • 1/3 C Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 C chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 T lemon juice, divided
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 4 Tilapia Fillets 1 lb

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine pecans, cheese, parsley, 2 T of the lemon juice and the oil
Place fish in single layer in shallow baking dish; spread with pecan mixture. Drizzle with remaining 1 T lemon juice
Bake 10 to 12 or until fish flakes with fork
