Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (fresh or dry)
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 to 2 pound flank steak

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first six ingredients in a bowl.
Coat both sides of the flank steak.
Put in 13 X 9 glass baking dish.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour ( overnight is best)

Cooking.
Use a medium-high grill.
Spray grill rack with nonstick spray.
Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place on grill.
Cook about 7 minutes per side - until desired doneness.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand 3 minutes.
Cut thin slice crosswise.
