Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup marg. (2 sticks)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups flour
- 1 jar apricot preserves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix yolks, sugar, margarine. Add flour and mix by hand - add nuts. Press half of mixture into 13 x 9 pan. Cover with apricot. Make lattice topping with rest of mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes.
