Ingredients
- 6 cans tomato juice (large)
- 6 cans tomato puree (large)
- 1 large tomato paste
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 6 large cloves garlic (split)
- 1/2 cup parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 2 large onions (pureed in food processor)
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions & garlic in 1 cup oil. Combine all other ingredients in a large pot. Then add onions & garlic. Cook for about 6 hours or until the thickness is to your liking.
If adding meat: brown sausage & add after 2 hrs & meatballs 2 hrs before the sauce is done.
