Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 c. Broken spaghetti
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 c. Rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet, add 1/3 c. Broken spaghetti, onion and mushroom soup, sauté. Salt and pepper. Add rice, broth, lower heat. Cover and cook on low. For 30 min. Stirring every 10 min.
