    Tbsp butter

  • 1/3

    c. Broken spaghetti

  • 1

    small chopped onion

  • 1

    c. Rice

  • 1

    can chicken broth

  • 1

    small can mushrooms

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet, add 1/3 c. Broken spaghetti, onion and mushroom soup, sauté. Salt and pepper. Add rice, broth, lower heat. Cover and cook on low. For 30 min. Stirring every 10 min.
