Ingredients
- 1 pkg. ground sausage
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- 1 egg
- Salt & Pepper
- lg. mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Fry sausage and chopped stems. Mix w/ stuffing, egg, s & p. Place in baking pan w/ a pat of butter on top of each. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.
