Ingredients

  • 1/2 C SUGAR
  • 1/4 C MARGARINE, MELTED
  • 3/4 t NUTMEG
  • 1/2 C MILK
  • 1 t BAKING POWDER
  • 1 C FLOUR
  • 1/4 C MARGARINE, MELTED
  • 1/2 C SUGAR
  • 1 t CINNAMON

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375*. GREASE 24 MINI MUFFIN CUPS
MIX 1ST 3 INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL. STIR IN MILK, THEN BAKING POWDER AND FLOUR. FILL MUFFIN CUPS ABOUT 1/2 FULL.
BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOPS ARE LIGHTLY BROWN.
WHILE MUFFINS ARE BAKING, PLACE 1/4 C MELTED BUTTER IN BOWL. IN ANOTHER BOWL, MIX CINNAMON AND SUGAR. REMOVE MUFFINS FROM THEIR CUPS, DIP EACH MUFFIN IN MARGARINE, AND ROLL IN CINNAMON-SUGAR MIX. LET COOL AND SERVE WITH BUTTER.
