Taffy Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
  • Apple Wedges (tart are best, like Granny Smith)
  • Optional: Chopped Peanuts to dip apples in after caramel

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the butter, syrup, and sugar for 1-2 minutes. Add the Eagle Brand Milk; mix well.

Dip apples and enjoy!

Serves well in a crockpot to keep warm continually without scorching. Easy to store in jars in refrigerator and is excellent on vanilla ice cream too.
