Ingredients
- 4 bunches watercress
- 1 bunch frise lettuce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup red wine or sherry vinegar
- salt, pepper
- 1 cup walnut oil
- 1 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 8 ounces goat cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes

Step 1
Trim wash and dry watercress and lettuce; set aside. Combine mustard and vinegar with salt and pepper. Add walnut oil while whisking vigorously. Toss salad with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pine nuts and goat cheese cubes. Serve immediately.
