Raw Mushroom Dip

Ingredients

• 2 pkg (3oz) cream cheese
• 1 Tbs minced onion
• 1 C raw mushrooms
• 1/2 tsp salt
• dash mono sodium
• minced parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream cheese and onion until light and fluffy. Stir in mushrooms. Salt and mono sodium. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve on crackers.
