Kraut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lg can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 C celery
  • 1 C onions
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 (2oz) jar pimentos
  • 1 C vinegar
  • 1 C green peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Chop onions, celery, peppers and pimento. Add to kraut. Add sugar and vinegar. Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. Keep refrigerated and covered.
