Tenderized round steak

Ingredients

  • round steak
  • jared salsa (hot as you like it)
  • pioneer brown gravy mix
  • flour
  • salt & pepper
  • oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cut steak into 4" pieces, and pound to tenderize, dip in the mixture of flour, salt and
pepper. Brown in oil. Pour salsa over and cook until tender. Mix gravy as per
instructions on package. Pour over steak an salsa until heated thru.

Good served over rice or noodles.
