Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 lb. cooked, boneless, skinless
- chicken, cut into thin slices
- 60 small romaine lettuce leaves
- Capers and shaved Parmesan
- cheese for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl combine first seven ingredients. Place a few chicken slices on each lettuce leaf. Top with dressing, and garnish with capers and Parmesan shavings.
