Ingredients
- 4-5 chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 3/4 can beef or chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp poultry season
- 1/3 C. parmesan cheese
- 1 C Monterey jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Wide egg noodles or rice.
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a 9x13 dish. Combine all ingredients, except monterey jack cheese and chicken, in a bowl. Place chicken in dish and pour 3/4 of soup mix over chicken. Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 325 Degrees. Once chicken is in the oven, prepare noodles/or rice according to package. Remove and add rest of soup mix. Cover with Monterey Cheese bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over wide egg noodles or rice.
