Pearmund Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken boneless tenders (not breaded)
  • fresh, sliced mushrooms
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup (if using entire package of noodles, then use 2 cans of soup)
  • "No Yolks" extra Broad noodles (cook ahead, run cold water and drain)
  • 1/2 c. Pearmund Vin De Sol (or excellent quality drinking Sherry)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together soup, sour cream and sherry. Place noodles in bottom of casserole dish and add small amount of sauce. Place chicken on top of noodle and salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh, sliced mushrooms. Cover with sauce. Bake covered for one hour.
